This independent project is a draft for a coloring book. The theme is "fairies I didn't see in cartoons growing up".

The fairies I grew up seeing on TV were all (possibly sexualized) female characters with the same silhouette, body type, facial features and styles. Since I loved fairies as a kid, I grew up comparing myself to how those fairies looked, and drawing fairies in a similar way. As an adult who still loves fairies, I set out to draw them once again, this time in a different way. I want everyone to feel like they could be part of their world. The fairies have underrepresented gender expressions, sexual orientations, bodies, ages, fashion styles and so on.

More fairies will be added as I expand this coloring book.
